Will Preparation
This benefit can be accessed by calling your EAP toll free line. Depending upon your needs and wishes, you may be referred directly to an attorney or you may be sent a Will Kit via email or postal service, to assist you in gathering all the necessary information needed to create a Will Document. Once you complete the questionnaire included in the Will Kit, mail or email the document back to Legal Access Plans. Once it is received, it will be forwarded to a local Plan Attorney. You will be contacted by Legal Access Plans with the Attorney's information so that you may call to set up an appointment with the attorney to review your needs and wishes to be included in the Will. You will have an opportunity to review the Will to confirm spellings and accuracy. Finally you will meet with the attorney again to execute the Will Document.

Please see the Benefits section for the types of Wills and coverages available. Depending upon your location, there may also be small fees, such as a witness fee, to execute your will.
